I wanted to take this opportunity to share some exciting updates and developments from our team at Robb Long Photography soon to be Robb Long Productions. Over the past few years we have been working hard to expand our capabilities and offer a comprehensive range of services to meet our clients' needs.
We are no longer just a provider of incredible video and photography. We have evolved into a full-service motion and photography house with in-house capabilities to take a project from concept to completion. From location scouting and casting to production management, we now offer a seamless end-to-end solution for all your creative needs.
One of our key strengths lies in our ability to produce still/motion campaigns seamlessly, ensuring a consistent look and feel throughout. As the director, I personally oversee the stills while simultaneously working alongside our cinematographer, ensuring the scenes flow smoothly and maintain the authenticity I am well-known for. This unique approach allows both myself and the video team to capture imagery in the same lighting conditions, resulting in a visually cohesive final product.
I am proud to say that our team comprises an incredible producer, talented cinematographers, experienced digi techs, diligent assistants, and a top-notch representative. Together, we have collaborated on projects for esteemed clients around the globe and renowned ad agencies.
About Robb -
Robb is a big man, standing 6 feet 5 inches garnering him the nickname "Big Robb". He's American born, grew up in Richmond, VA, schooled in Savannah, GA. where he earned himself a BFA in Photography from The Savannah College of Art & Design.
Robb worked for newspapers, magazines and the Associated Press (AP) as a photojournalist, before his transformation to commercial photography in 2003. He now splits his time between Minneapolis, MN & Sioux Falls, SD with his wife Misten, Son Seanix, twin daughters Leighton/Flynn, and a rescued Corgi/Cattle dog named Ruby.
Robb specializes in agricultural photography, medical/hospital, and lifestyle image creation.. He understands the importance of delivering a strong and consistent brand image, whether his role is photographer, or director. Robb collaborates with his clients to craft a creative vision for every shoot. With a clear concept in place, he then sets the artistry in motion.
Robb works with a top-notch production team, overseeing every aspect of the shoot. He is comfortable giving the talent direction and then letting the scene unfold organically. "Image follows image. Stories unfold. Photographs tell a brand's story." Robb's work has earned him many national and international photographic awards, including one of Lurzers Archive 200 Best Ad Photographers Worldwide 2018/19 and 2020/21.
